My mother, Anda Zimand, passed away after a six-year battle with cancer during which she never lost her optimism, her courage or her beautiful smile. Her death devastated us. As a way of dealing with his grief my dad decided to create a memorial site in her memory that became a virtual
”Taj Mahal,” and grew into the “Anda Spirit” project, an international initiative that donates to charities the world over.
My dad began receiving E-mails from strangers who told him the memorial website gave them hope and inspiration. This encouraged my dad to make it even bigger and better.
To this date hundreds of thousands of people from 198 countries have logged on to the Anda Zimand website. And the E-mails keep coming.
This motivated me to launch Missing-You.com, to enable others to create memorial websites for their loved ones.
I know first hand how much it helps in the grieving process. A cemetery headstone with dates and a name is a cold memorial for a person who laughed, loved and lived.
Here, at Missing-You.com the memory of your loved one can come alive in words, sounds and images
I hope that by become part of the Missing-You.com family you will find some peace and a measure of comfort.
Sincerely,
Rene Zimand.
